Navigation Panel
The main enhancement in v1.20 is the introduction of the Navigation Panel.
When you create an Answersheet, you can now also supply the Question Text:
There is a new option in the Edit Answersheet screen that allows you specify how to display the Answersheet:
The drop-down menu has three options:
Answersheet Only (legacy)
Ignores the question text and presents the Answersheet the same way as previous versions.
Answersheet with Questions
Presents a guide panel, along with the Answersheet. Answers are still entered in the Answersheet as in the past, and the question text is displayed to the taker in the Guide Panel window. Some controls are also duplicated in this window:
Question and Answer Navigator
The traditional Answersheet is not displayed when this option is selected. Instead, the user gets a Navigation Panel, which they can use to navigate between the questions, one at a time. This interface is along the lines of a traditional testing application, and is cleaner in that it is self-contained:
New – Other Question Type
The multi-choice question now supports a new “Other-“ option. If you enter “Other-“ as one of your multi-choice options (yes, the dash is important), if the user selects this option they will be prompted to enter their response.
