Support
E-mail support is available free of charge to registered users. Messages sent to support@myaddons.com should include the name of the product, versions number, site name and registration code. Before requesting support, ensure you have read through the manual, and the FAQ's available online.
While support is not available to unregistered users, anyone is welcome to look through the FAQ documentation in the support area.
Evaluation Licences
While most products are fully functional without a registration key (e.g. Answersheet), a 30 day evaluation licence is available for all products from the Evaluations page of this site. At the end of the evaluation period, the product will drop back down to unregistered status.
Purchasing
Where a local partnership has been established, products must be purchased through the local partner. The local partner will be able to provide support and advice should it be needed. Where no local partner exists, products may be purchased directly.
Upgrades
Licences include free upgrades of minor versions e.g. v1.10 to v1.20 would be free. Major version upgrades will incur an upgrade fee e.g. v1.50 to v2.0 would not be free.
Refunds
A 30 day evaluation licence is available for all products. Accordingly, we do not offer a refund on purchased software. If you are unsure about any of the products offered, we recommend that the evaluation licence be taken advantage of before making a purchase.
